There are many users on that list who generally respond quickly and helpfully to most questions. I also monitor messages sent to that list, and sometimes respond to the list myself. If you need to send me (Michael Thelen) a personal email, send it to mthelen at gmail dot com. However, I get a lot of email and will probably take a while to respond, if I am able to respond at all. If you'd like a quicker response than I am likely to give you, sending your message to the Zyzzyva Users list is a better bet.
